  Item Description
betleH
The quintessential Klingon hand weapon. May be used as a two-handed weapon with one attack, or as a double weapon. The betleH is treated as a martial arts weapon if a monk has a qualified instructor to learn from.
DS Gun

The original GunDamage is variable according to the type of round used. Each ammo pack contains six rounds, one of each of the following types. Rounds with spell-like effects are not magical in nature, are unaffected by anti-magic or wild-magic zones, and cannot be dispelled.

Tangler: One target only, treat as web spell. Mesh is metal and must be cut to be removed.
Ripper: 3d6, no adds, AE 50' x 10' (base) cone
Needler: 3d6+adds, target DC 1/2 armor base value
Vapor: As stinking cloud spell
Nitro: 8d6 explosion, treat as fireball spell
Homer: Fort save or die, 6d6+adds, +20 ranged, ignore cover. Homes in on body heat and violently burns out the target's entire nerve system, often causing muscles to rip apart and tear away from their anchor points in violent contractions. A Homer affects only living creatures with central nervous systems.

Each Gun is coded to the individual handprint of the Sandman it is assigned to. If anyone else tries to use a Gun it will explode, doing 6d6 to everyone in a 5' radius (Reflex save vs. DC 18 for 1/2). The person holding the gun must make a Fort save vs. DC 25 to avoid losing their hand and forearm.

Flamer Pistol

First depicted in the 1976 movie version of Logan's Run, the flamer pistol fires a tightly focused thermal induction beam that superheats whatever it strikes, causing it to burst into flame at the point of contact. It is very quiet and has no visible beam, so it is very hard to detect. Unfortunately, it has a very short effective range (over 200' it is almost useless) and almost no penetration.

Treat as a magical fire attack for purposes of determining how it affects a given target.

Fuser Fusers produce a very high-temperature, short-range flame burst capable of cutting steel with extended use. Anything in the path of the flame is damaged as well as the target.

Heavy Handgun This category encompasses all handguns .38 caliber and above, with the exception of 9mm.

Light Handgun This category encompasses all handguns under .38 caliber. 9mm weapons are included in this catagory as well.

LINDA Pistol

The Linear Induction Nonlethal Defense Armament is an experimental weapon that uses magnetic induction to fire a small hypodermic flechette. The hypo is normally loaded with a teterodotoxin cocktail capable of dropping a moose in its tracks. Damage is minimal, and the target is usually unconscious and paralyzed in a matter of seconds.

The LINDA pistol was developed by the US Army for use in urban warfare. The NDR acquired a number of the prototypes and distributed them among the Sanctum armories and to the movement faithful.

Like all Gauss weapons, the LINDA pistol is nearly silent and has no muzzle flash.

  MiB Gauss Pistol

Better get outta my face before something bad happens...The Men in Black do not exist.

Obviously, this weapon doesn't, either.

Nor does the heavy rifle version, or the squad-support minigun.

If it did exist, what would it be like? Well...

The ammo would be small - f = ma means a lot of pain as a increases, and one of these babies could probably accellerate a small needle from a dead stop to around 15,000 feet per second in the space of six inches or so.

At those speeds, most armor would be inconsequential; only the reflexes to dodge the hand aiming the gun would be important. The speed determines the range of the weapon, as well.

Air friction alone would be enough to vaporise a stray round almost instantly; a tenth of a second at most. Quarter of a mile, tops.

If it existed.

Which it doesn't.

  Assault Rifle
This category includes military-grade weapons such as the AK-47. M-16, Uzi, Galil, M-1, M-14, and M-203

Assault Shotgun This category includes such weapons as the Ithica, the Atchisson Assault 12, and the Pancor Jackhammer. Regular shotguns have the same damage but can only fire each barrel once per round.

Bozar

THe Bozar - from Fallout 2The Bozar is a fully automatic sniper rifle. It has a firing rate of just over 1800 rounds per minute, chewing through a single burst of 30 7.62 rounds in slightly over 1/2 of a second. Bozars cannot be fired at less than fully automatic or fire less than 30 rounds (or however much is in the magazine) at a time. The tremendous recoil generated by a single shot requires wielders with less than 17 STR to use a bipod; a 15 STR is required to use one at all. A full magazine holds 60 rounds, enough for two shots.

A Bozar may only be fired once per round due to heat buildup. The barrel is heavily ribbed and vented in order to disperse as much heat as possible. Even so, firing more than once per round is very likely to bring on a catastrophic failure. Other than pointing out that a Bozar has a maximum damage potential of 60d6, the details of such failures are left as a DM's option.

Note: The Bozar is a weapon from Interplay Entertainment's CRPG Fallout 2. Like it, love it, gotta have more of it!
